Carrie believes when we invest in our imaginations, creativity and connecting with others there is no problem we can't solve. She has been fortunate to have been exposed to and experienced many different ways of life and individuals. She is an avid learner who is fascinated with people, systems, and experimenting with building new things!


Carrie has spent 20+ years of her career in sales, marketing, business development and economic development. She has helped and worked with entrepreneurs, small to midsize businesses and nonprofits. She has worked for a small private business, a non profit and higher education. She has also had experience as a stay at home mom to two amazing daughters.

Vicki specializes in leadership development, organizational change, strategic planning, and career transition. With a background in various industries, she brings a deep understanding of the unique demands and dynamics facing today's leaders. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in fostering self-awareness, accountability, and unlocking untapped potential, enabling clients to drive meaningful impact in their roles and organizations.


As a former CEO, Vicki has the hands on experience of mergers and acquisitions, leading geographically separated teams, and building and executing strategic plans for both private and public companies. This included building a high performing executive team with a continuous improvement culture. Vicki believes in building trust amongst teams to achieve greater results.

She takes this experience to meet you where you are and works with you to create the strategies and tactics to achieve your goals.


Her experience in guiding and facilitating strategic planning helps clients not only see where they are going, but also align teams to achieve the results. Vicki works with leaders to improve this alignment by creating trust, commitment and accountability. She is passionate, caring and committed to helping create strong, effective leaders and leadership teams.


As a life-long learner, Vicki has her Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She earned her BBA at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and MBA from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT). Vicki is a long-time resident of northeast Wisconsin where she lives with her husband Jim and volunteers for various non-profit organizations in economic development and educational areas.

ALLISON GARNER

Allison Garner is the owner of Thoughtly and supports her clients to master leadership and create high performing teams. Her clients value her ability to hold a safe space for exploration and discovery. Because she is a gritty stand for what may feel impossible, she supports her clients to continue moving towards their big, compelling visions. She uses her devotion, brilliance, and strength to invite her clients to shine a light on their blind spots and interrupt their unproductive patterns.


Allison specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and business consulting. Her extensive formal training in executive coaching paired with her engineering and business degrees help leaders and leadership teams to better understand themselves as well as tie their transformational behavioral changes to the bottom line. Her work includes launching startups, navigating turnarounds, overcoming dysfunction within the executive team, and challenging assumptions around leadership with owners, CEO’s, presidents, and executive directors.  


For 20 years prior to establishing Thoughtly, Allison was a chemical engineer and vice president of an engineering firm designing oil refineries domestically and internationally. On the personal side, she has been married for 25 years and has two wonderful kids. She serves her community as a member of several Boards of Directors, including being elected to the Oshkosh School Board for 10 years.

LUCINDA VETTE

Lucinda Vette is the Equine Manager at Miraval Arizona. She works with a horse’s innate sensitivity and aptitude for social connection to expand human potential. A life-long horsewoman and former attorney, she balances intuition and intellect to facilitate insightful non-verbal conversations between guests and their equine partners. Work with Lucinda to tune into yourself by listening to horses.
